2. 2nd Mandatory Event OPTION
For those of you who are not able to do the mandatory event above, there is another option.
Because there are so many of you, not everyone can do the Family Giving Tree event, i am only allowed
to have 100 volunteers because it is not fair to the others who want to volunteer.

-This event is not finalized because we need a location and official day.
What: Blanket Making for Cancer Kids
When: TBA
Where: TBA

3. If you are not able to do ANY of the mandatory events, you are required to make it up with two additional events prior to the regular events you have not completed.

4. Event on Saturday
Native Gardens

When: Saturday Nov. 15, 2008
Where: Lake Cunningham, 2305 S. White Road, San Jose, California
Shift: 9 AM- 11 AM

DIRECTIONS: At the entrance kiosk, identify yourself as a native garden volunteer and your parking fee will be waived. FROM TULLY RD ENTRANCE, turn right at kiosk, go ¼ mile, and park in dirt parking lot on left (has portable toilet). FROM WHITE RD ENTRANCE, turn left after kiosk, go ¾ mile, past skate park, then park in dirt parking lot on right (has portable toilet). Meet at interpretive sign titled "A Native Garden".
